1. Scope of Application (B2B)

These AGB apply exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB. By using the services, the customer expressly confirms that he is acting as an entrepreneur.

2. Subject Matter of Contract

Provision of a digital QR menu application for creating and managing digital menus.

3. Prices

Annual fee: €200.00 plus 19% VAT. Billing is done annually in advance.

4. Contract Term

Minimum term 12 months. Automatic renewal by 12 months each, unless terminated at least 30 days before expiry.

5. Payment Default

In case of payment default, a reminder fee of €20.00 per reminder will be charged (§ 288 para. 5 BGB). In addition, statutory default interest applies.

6. No Right of Withdrawal

A right of withdrawal does not exist, as services are provided exclusively to entrepreneurs.

7. Liability

Liability only for intent and gross negligence. No liability for data loss or failures.
