No. The menu QR opens a mobile-friendly web menu. The app adds loyalty wallets, reward redemption, favorites, and a smoother experience.

How do loyalty points work?

Each business has its own wallet for each customer. Points are earned through QR scanning and are tracked with a full transaction history.

Can I customize rewards and point costs?

Yes. Businesses can set reward point costs and define reward items that customers can redeem with points.

How are reviews handled?

Customers can leave business, service, and product reviews. Reviews support moderation and owners can reply to published feedback.

Can I send push notifications to customers?

Yes. Bonus uses Firebase Cloud Messaging. Businesses can send notifications from the partner panel to all customers or selected users.

Is Bonus available in English and German?

Yes. Use the language switcher in the header to switch between English and Deutsch.
