We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service.

We are not responsible for any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damages arising from or related to transactions or interactions between businesses and end-users, or from the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of menu information provided by businesses.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Bonus and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Businesses retain ownership of all content they upload to the Service, including menu items, descriptions, images, and other materials. By using the Service, businesses grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You agree not to use the Service:
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
