Open Business DashboardYes. Customers can use the MyBonusBerlin app for free to collect points, redeem rewards, discover participating businesses, and leave reviews.
When your subscription ends, access to the business dashboard (MyBonusBerlin Panel) is suspended. We may retain your business data for up to 6 months so you can reactivate and continue without rebuilding your setup. After that period, inactive data may be deleted or anonymized in line with our policy and legal obligations. You can also request full account deletion by email at any time (see Account & Data Deletion).
No. You need a printed QR code (menu and/or loyalty) and access to the partner dashboard.
